Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, is suing the concert promoter behind Michael's intended comeback shows for alleged fraud and other claims -- and she's filed the suit on behalf of Michael's three children as well. In the complaint, filed in L.A. on Wednesday, Katherine -- seeking unspecified damages -- accuses concert promoter AEG Live of failing to make good on its agreement to provide Dr. Conrad Murray with lifesaving equipment. Katherine also claims the company failed to properly investigate Murray's background before hiring him as Michael's personal physician. Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in Michael's June 25, 2009 death. Read More »

Donors have pledged more than $80 million as a result of the September 10 Stand Up to Cancer telecast. Donations have come from the general public as well as the entertainment industry, corporate and organizational donors, philanthropists, volunteer teams and the general public. It's not too late to donate, as the organization is still collecting donations at www.su2c.org and 1-888-90-STAND. Music performances that aired on the special fundraiser are also for sale on iTunes. The organization reports that viewership of the telecast reached 18.3 million, up 15% from the original telecast in 2008. Read More »

A new cheating allegation against Ashton Kutcher has surfaced in the latest issue of Star magazine, on newsstands Friday. Brittney Jones, 21, told the tabloid that she slept with the married actor and felt like they had "incredible chemistry." Prior to this story, Kutcher implied on his Twitter account that he planned on suing the publication, but will he go through with it now that this story has surfaced? "He's a great lover," Brittney told the mag. "It was tender and nice -- not some random sex act." Brittney alleges that she met him at a bowling alley and slipped him her phone number on a cocktail napkin.
