David Carradine’s Widow Files Wrongful Death Suit Against Production Company

David Carradine's widow filed a lawsuit Thursday in Los Angeles against the production company that was handling the late actor's final film 'Stretch.' ET has the details.

Anne Carradine is suing production company MK2 S.A., alleging breach of contract and wrongful death.

In the papers, Carradine's widow claims that Carradine was contractually promised "all the best available amenities" and assistance while filming overseas, but that he was left behind for dinner on his third day in Bangkok, the night before he was found dead in his hotel room. The papers allege that the amenities included a personal assistant and transportation to and from meetings and evening events.
