Demi Lovato Inspires Fans to ‘Shop ‘Til You Rock’

ET was there as Disney star Demi Lovato merged her two favorite passions -- fashion and music -- at an event aimed an empowering teens to look and feel like rock stars.

Demi -- who also performed to an enthusiastic crowd -- admits she's a "huge" shopper and reveals to us her biggest guilty pleasure at the mall. Plus, she explains who empowered and inspired her to be a music and TV star.
