Dr. Drew: Give Lindsay Lohan a Chance!

"Celebrity Rehab" doctor at large, Drew Pinsky, says Lindsay Lohan's Friday evening tweets about substance abuse indicate to him that she's in touch with her problem.

Retweeting Lohan's comment that "substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night," Dr. Drew issued his own reaction via Twitter on Saturday, writing, "She gets it now. Give her a chance & some time."

Lohan admitted that she failed her most recent court-ordered drug test and said she's prepared to face the consequences.
