DUI School Co-Owner Takes Stand: Lindsay Lohan Missed Nine Alcohol Classes

Lindsay Lohan remained silent at her probation revocation hearing Tuesday in Los Angeles as her alcohol education program director took the stand, testifying that Lohan had failed to attend court-ordered classes and had come up with excuses that were "endless and disrespectful."

Cheryl Marshall, the co-owner of Right On Programs, Inc. went through the paperwork that noted Lohan had not been attending her court ordered classes. In total, Marshall testified that Lohan missed nine classes.

Marshall said the explanations for not attending classes ranged from missing a flight out of North Carolina to jet-setting to Europe to work and promote a clothing line. Marshall said Lohan also called to excuse herself, saying that her uncle had passed away and she had to fly to New York. That following week, she testified, Lohan missed her court date and alcohol class because she was in Cannes, France.
