Executor of Gary Coleman’s Will Bars Shannon Price from Home; Asks Her to Return Items

Dion Mial, the Special Administrator of Gary Coleman's estate, said Wednesday that Coleman's ex-wife Shannon Price is not allowed to enter the home she shared with Coleman. He is also requesting she return a pick-up truck, cargo trailer, model train sets and other items that allegedly belonged to Coleman. Mial said law enforcement would be backing up his request, and threatened criminal charges if she did not comply.

In a statement to ET, Mial said, "Further to Dion Mial's appointment by the Fourth Judicial District Court of Utah County to act as the Special Administrator for the Estate of Gary Coleman, and in the interest of fulfilling his duties to marshal and to take inventory of the assets of Mr. Coleman's Estate, including personal and real property, Shannon Price is notified that neither she, nor anyone under her direction, is permitted, for any reason, to be present upon nor to enter into any property to which Gary Coleman held title, at the time of his passing.

"Certainly, this includes his home, located in Santaquin, UT, where she was a part-time resident," Mial continued. "Demand is also made upon Miss Price to immediately return any and all of the personal items and/or documents of Gary Coleman's that she has confirmed that, indeed and without permission, she removed from the property, subsequent to Gary's untimely and mysterious death. These items include, but are not limited to, numerous televisions and video game systems, a black 2005 Dodge pick-up truck (registered to Coleman), cargo trailer (registered to Coleman), model train sets, computers, telephones, musical instruments, and furnishings.
