Former ‘Dancing’ Celeb Lawrence Taylor Arrested While Police Investigate a Rape

NFL Hall of famer and former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Lawrence Taylor has been placed under arrest while police investigate a reported rape that occurred early this morning.

The Ramapo Police Department tells ET that the alleged crime took place at the Holidome Hotel in Montebello, New York. Formal charges will be filed upon the completion of their investigation.

The former football player of Pembroke Pines, Florida was a contestant in season eight of "DWTS," dancing with pro partner Edyta Sliwinska.
