Judge Issues Second Notice of Hearing to Former Edwards Aide

A North Carolina Superior Court judge has issued a Second Notice of Hearing to John Edwards' former aide, Andrew Young and his wife Cheri Young, requiring the two to appear in court and hand over items requested in a temporary restraining order (including "personal" video of Edwards' ex-mistress Rielle Hunter).

The court documents, filed Tuesday, claim that the Youngs have failed to turn over items to the Sheriff as required by the restraining order and that "it appears that at least one of the defendants has left the state." The papers go on to say that "there is probable cause to believe that both defendants are in civil contempt of this court for refusal to comply with [the] temporary restraining order...."

In papers filed last Thursday, Hunter claimed the release of three personal videos and photographs would be "a highly offensive intrusion into a private matter."
