Mary Hart’s Home Movies: The Ancient Middle East!

Mary Hart's home movies from her summer vacation of a lifetime continue with an emotional trip to some of the oldest places on Earth in the Middle East, including an eventful camel ride!

Along with her son A.J. and her husband Burt Sugarman, Mary journeyed to ancient Israel to such locations as the palace of King Herod; Masada; the remains of Jerusalem's first temple, built by King Solomon; and the Holy Sepulchre -- the oldest church in the world where the body of Christ is said to have been buried after the crucifixion.

Heading into Jordan, Mary and her family passed the Seven Pillars of Wisdom, written about by T.E. Lawrence, better known as Lawrence of Arabia -- and the Oscar-winning film was even shot there!
