Mel Gibson and Agent Part Ways

ET confirms that Mel Gibson is no longer represented by William Morris Endeavor Entertainment.

The news comes in the wake of a RadarOnline.com report containing an audio recording allegedly of Gibson spouting racist and misogynistic obscenities at a woman, purportedly his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva.

In some of the more tame moments on the recording, the man accuses the woman of getting breast implants. "They look ridiculous," he says. "Get rid of them why don't you."
