Sarah Palin’s Book Notches Big Sales

Publisher HarperCollins says the first-day sales for Sarah Palin’s new memoir are among the best ever for a nonfiction book.

The publisher reports that Palin’s book, Going Rogue: An American Life, sold 300,000 copies its first day out, says the Associated Press. Former President Bill Clinton’s My Life sold 400,000 copies the day it was released in 2004, and Hillary Rodham Clinton’s Living History moved 200,000 copies one year earlier.

ET was on the ground in Grand Rapids, MI on Wednesday for Palin's first stop on her book tour, where a list of rules for those waiting to get their copy of the book had been posted!
