As yet another explosive tape hit the Internet Tuesday, purported to be of Mel Gibson unleashing a verbal tirade and racist rant, ET talks to Zap2It reporter Elizabeth Snead about the future of the embattled star.

"I'm not at all sure that Mel Gibson can survive the latest racist remarks and bigoted comments that he's made," Snead tells ET.

Snead says the impact on the star's career can be powerful because the rants are audible, saying, "The big difference is that now we are hearing him."
