Cancer Survivor Olivia Newton-John on Michael Douglas’ Struggle

Cancer survivor Olivia Newton-John speaks out on Michael Douglas' recent diagnosis with throat cancer. Newton-John -- who beat her own battle with breast cancer in the 90s -- has been a major donor and supporter of cancer research and also threw her support to tonight's star-studded Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) benefit. The SU2C telecast is a huge fundraising effort aimed at accelerating innovative research for all types of cancer. The live, one-hour fundraising event will be simulcast commercial-free on major networks and cable stations tonight at 8 p.m. EST/PST. Network news anchors Katie Couric, Diane Sawyer and Brian Williams will anchor the broadcast, which will air in 195 countries.

A judge labeled Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi a "Lindsay Lohan wannabe" on Wednesday while sentencing the "Jersey Shore" star after she pleaded guilty to bothering beach-goers -- and Snooki calls the Lohan comparison "harsh"! "I definitely thought it was harsh," Snooki tells People.com. "I never drank and drove, I don't do drugs -- I do nothing that Lindsay does, so it was definitely a little overboard." The tanned TV personality was fined $500 and ordered to perform community service as part of her sentence for the July incident, during which she disturbed Jersey beachgoers by being loud and obnoxious, says the Associated Press.

Gunn's Golden Rules: Life's Little Lessons for Making It Work, on store shelves now, tackles such topics as correcting bad manners, handling positions of power and it even discusses some of his experiences working with celebrities. One celebrity he writes about is Martha Stewart, although he says he has nothing but respect for her. "Martha is a perfectionist. She has the highest standard of quality of anyone that I know. I have the hugest amount of respect for her, and actually, I also happen to have a real personal affection for her…," Tim says. "The stories that I tell that involve Martha are stories that have something of a moral to them, and that's why they're in the book."

Tom Brady Walks Away From Car Crash

NFL quarterback Tom Brady was involved in a car accident this morning near his home. ET has confirmed that today at 6:34 a.m. ET, officers responded to a motor vehicle accident between Commonwealth Avenue and Gloucester Street in Boston. According to our sources, the accident, involving a minivan and a sedan, wound up with the minivan hitting a telephone pole.

Betty White’s ‘Quick Wit’ Earns Her New Honor

Betty White has another accolade to add to her banner year. After taking home an Emmy last month, Betty will now be honored by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts/Los Angeles (BAFTA/LA) on Thursday, November 4 in Los Angeles. Betty will receive the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy. Oscar winner Jeff Bridges will be recognized with the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film.

At the young age of 24, Megan Fox said "I do" to her longtime love 37-year-old Brian Austin Green over the summer, but she says people can't manage to wrap their head around the news. "They can’t grasp that I’m old enough to be married," Fox told Elle magazine. Fox made the publication's "Our Favorite 25-Somethings" list, and opened up about the perception of her marriage to the former "Beverly Hills 90210" actor. "When I talk about my husband, I feel as if people roll their eyes," she told Elle. "It’s like when you’re 16 and order a martini, and the waiter says, 'Do you think I’m stupid?'"
