Brittany Murphy’s Death Certificate: Revealed

ET has obtained the death certificate for late actress Brittany Murphy.

The death certificate lists Murphy's name as "Brittany Anne Murphy-Monjack" and cites her cause of death as "deferred." In a section of the death certificate marked "manner of death" a box marked "pending investigation" is checked.

Results of an autopsy performed on the actress, who passed away at age 32 on December 20, were deferred pending further testing.
