Heidi Montag Has 10 Plastic Surgery Procedures in One Day

"The Hills" star Heidi Montag is only 23 years old but tells People magazine she's "obsessed" with plastic surgery.

The reality show star revealed to the publication that she went under the knife for a second time to have 10 plastic surgery procedures done in one day. "For the past three years, I've thought about what to have done," Montag discloses. "I'm beyond obsessed."

Not telling her family, Montag began her procedures on Nov. 20. The reality show star underwent a mini brow lift, Botox in forehead and frown area, a nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, a breast augmentation revision, liposuction on waist, hips and outer thighs and a buttock augmentation.
