Jermaine Jackson: ‘We’re Not Happy’; Murray Attorney on Client’s ‘Nightmare’

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer Ed Chernoff spoke out Monday afternoon, a short time after his client was booked on involuntary manslaughter charges related to Michael Jackson's death, while Jermaine Jackson told ET that his family is "not happy" about the proceedings.

He also cautioned the crowd to not jump to any conclusions until all the facts were presented. He said that his client planned to go home and resume practicing medicine after posting bail.
