Lindsay Lohan’s Lawyer Off the Case

ET can confirm that Lindsay Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley is no longer representing the actress.

Representatives for both the Lohan family and Chapman Holley tell ET that the lawyer has concluded her representation of Lohan. The Lohan family says that new counsel will soon be announced.

Holley was representing Lohan on Tuesday, July 6, when Judge Marsha N. Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation by missing alcohol education classes. She also sentenced her to a 90-day in-patient substance abuse program after her time served.
