Elvis Presley's 17-year-old grandson Ben Keough made a rare public appearance on Friday, bearing an uncanny resemblance to his iconic grandfather.

ET was with the family of the late King of Rock and Roll on Friday in Graceland as they celebrated the day Elvis would've turned 75.
