President Barack Obama Reveals His Stress Reliever

President Barack Obama jokes that his first step toward health reform in America was a bowl of apples in the Oval Office. Read on to see how the healthy Commander-in-Chief relieves his stress.

Hailed as having one of the busiest jobs in the world, Obama says he still manages to work out six days a week.

"My blood pressure is pretty low, and I tend to be a healthy eater. So I probably could get away with cutting [my workouts] back a little bit," he tells Men's Health magazine. "The main reason I do it is just to clear my head and relieve me of stress."
