Robert De Niro’s Rep Responds to Pepper Spraying Report

Robert De Niro's rep Stan Rosenfield is responding to a report claiming that the Oscar winner's driver sprayed a videographer with pepper spray at New York's LaGuardia Airport on Thursday morning.

De Niro and his driver were being filmed by the videographer while they were walking around a terminal at the airport, says the New York Post. The driver and paparazzo allegedly proceeded to get into a verbal spat that culminated with the driver spraying the videographer in the face with pepper spray.

The Post says De Niro had already gone through airport security and wasn't present for the alleged incident. The videographer claims the purported act against him was unprovoked. Authorities reportedly plan on reaching out to both camps.
