Lawyer: Man Charged in ‘Idol’ Contestant’s Death to Plead ‘Not Guilty’

A lawyer for Daniel Bark, the New Jersey man charged with drunken driving in connection with the death of former "American Idol" hopeful Alexis Cohen, says his client will enter a "not guilty" plea. "There will be a not guilty plea entered across the board for all of the complaints," Bark's attorney tells “"We don't have anything in regards to the mechanics of how this young woman was killed.” "There are a lot of unanswered questions regarding how the accident occurred," the lawyer adds.

Officials Search Another Doctor in Michael Jackson Investigation

A Beverly Hills plastic surgeon is the latest physician that has been searched by authorities investigating the death of Michael Jackson. reports that Coroner Assistant Chief Ed Winter was seen going into plastic surgeon Lawrence Koplin's clinic on Wednesday. People says Winter told reporters that he was seeking Jackson's medical records. "We're cooperating with the coroner's office and we have no comment at this time," a woman who answered the phone at Dr. Koplin's practice told People.

Latest: Michael Jackson Autopsy Results Delayed

The Los Angeles County Coroner's office says the autopsy results of Michael Jackson will be delayed, according to a new report. Citing Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter, the Associated Press reports that although the results were expected to be released this week, they are likely going to come in sometime next week. Early Tuesday, law enforcement officials raided the Las Vegas home of Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray. The doctor -- who was with Michael Jackson on the day he died -- is the subject of an investigation.
